Yes, this is called normal-pressure glaucoma. Therefore the definition of glaucoma is not all about pressure. Pressure is only one of the factors and there is only a relationship to pressure. A pressure level for one person maybe ok for them but not for others. If you have normal-pressure glaucoma, the treatment is still the same: Lower the eye’s pressure.
